Pumpkin Protein Mug Cake: Mix together 1/2 scoop sunwarrior vanilla protein powder, 1/4c liquid egg whites, 1/4c pumpkin purée (buy it in a can, 100% pumpkin), 1/2tsp baking powder, 8-10 stevia drops and cinnamon to taste. Microwave in a greased mug/bowl/cup/wuteva for 1.5min. I topped with PB2 (powdered peanut butter google it) and a teeny bit of almond butter that got all melty and perfect.
