Montblanc has gotten a bad rap for several years now, primarily because the company has received so much more attention than equivalent--or some would say, better--fine chirographic instrument design houses. The negativity is not warranted. Though I have some pens I like better, I know enough about pens, and have enough experience to know that it all boils down to the individual pen.
