City Palace in Jaipur India is a beautiful blend of Rajasthani Mughal architecture. Gorgeous hand painted rooms intricate detailing on the walls gold and mirrored glass work fill each level. The palace was built in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II the founder of the city of Jaipur. The quietness of Chhavi Nivas better known as the "blue room" might just be one of our favourite places within. You'll have time during our October Ace Camp to explore the palace for yourself. Our #acecampsoaxaca2019 groups have been exploring all kinds of culinary experiences and crafts in and around Oaxaca these past two weeks. Just south of the city of Oaxaca lies the soil that gave up the first grass-like plants that have come to be known around the world as corn which Mexicans call maiz. Maiz is transformed into tortillas tamales tejate and endless other delicious foods and drinks and is central to all parts of life and the life-blood of Oaxacas people. #acecampstravel #oaxac
