How I stay in shape: (M,W,F)15 mins of AM yoga immediately followed by 25 mins of leg exercises, 20 mins of arm exercises (with weights), and 20 mins of ab exercises. In the evening (M,W,F) 15 mins of PM yoga. On Tues and Thurs: 45 minutes of morning or afternoon yoga followed by a lengthy run.
