Hash browns are pretty much garbage if they turn out soggy, so don't ever let that happen again! I always make them in the oven on a sheet pan with shredded cheese, butter, and oil. So easy!! They turn out extra crispy even with bagged frozen hash browns. This is the best breakfast side dish that goes with just about anything. I make them all the time for sleepovers, family gatherings, and holidays. Serve with some delicious bacon and eggs for the best breakfast, ever! My favorite comfort food.
