Greek Salad Served in Martini Glasses - Salad: 2 C cherry tomatoes, quartered, 1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped, 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced, 6 oz feta cheese, 1/2 C Kalamata Olives, 1 head Romaine torn into pieces, Additional items you might add are beets, artichoke hearts, avocado — Dressing: 3/4 c olive oil, juice of 2 lemons, 2 t dried oregano, 3 t minced garlic, 1 t dried basil, 4 T red wine vinegar, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t black pepper... Mix well.
