Save this! Here’s a fun new workout idea for you! We are training all arms today, biceps, triceps, shoulders. I’m going to start with a higher volume, lighter weight exercise. Set a timer for 45 seconds. Then move into rep range. I will hit one bicep, one tricep, and one shoulder exercise all for 12 reps.
