Training biceps and triceps will make your arms look sculpted! Here is a workout that can help you do just that : ( these are the weight amount I use- please lift within your own abilities). 12 reps/3 sets Iso hold bicep curl-12lb Tricep press, shallow overhead ext -12lb Concentration curls -15lb Skull crusher -20-25lb Pinwheel curls -15lb Single overhead tricep ext-10lb RUN THE RACK Hammer curls Triceps kickback
Sculpted Arms in your 50s!
Save this! Here’s a fun new workout idea for you! We are training all arms today, biceps, triceps, shoulders. I’m going to start with a higher volume, lighter weight exercise. Set a timer for 45 seconds. Then move into rep range. I will hit one bicep, one tricep, and one shoulder exercise all for 12 reps. In between each circuit, add another high volume, light weight exercise. Would you like to see this on YouTube?
