10min · 4 servings INGREDIENTES • 1 colher de sopa de manteiga • 1/2 cebola picada • 2 xícaras de couve fatiada 1/2 cenoura ralada 3 ovos Sal Pimenta 1 xícara de farinha (de milho ou mandioca) MODO DE PREPARO Derreta a manteiga em uma frigideira, refogue a cebola picada em cubinhos. Adicione os ovos e misture como se estivesse fazendo ovos mexidos. Quando os ovos estiverem cozidos, junte a couve fatiada, a cenoura ralada, a farinha e tempere com sal e pimenta. Misture e está pronta.
