boozy watermelon granitas with coconut whipped cream ! Made Were ok, if I make again I would use real whippee cream with cream of coconut as sweetener. Would be really good made with strawberries instead of watermelon.
At the breakfast table- Making Oeufs en cocotte, a french classic for breakfast. I based my dish in this BBC Food recipe and used smoked salmon, grated lemon zest and fresh dill in my 'Eggs in pots'. Delicious way to start a morning!
