;IGY6 Tattoo The semicolon from the Project Semicolon. Almost like a thought, a reconsideration of the cessation of a sentence, or in this case, your life. IGY6 stands for I Got Your Six. Teal is PTSD awareness, black is for the heavy hearts that many of us carry, those who suffer from PTSD and those who have lost loved ones to suicide because of PTSD. The red is a symbol of the blood that has been shed.
Okay so the semicolon represents and shows support for those with depression and addiction and suicide. It represents the choice to continue life because a semicolon is used when an author could have ended their sentence but chose not to. "Still I rise" is a poem by Maya Angelou about continuing despite the hate. Changed the I to a semicolon
