*vintage Deco/Moderne bathroom wall fixture
The well designed and proportioned glass shade really stands out against the simple white porcelain back plate. Mostly covered with a fired on white paint the clear bottom adds the light where you need it and the clear glass ribs against the front adds dimension and design tot he shade. Both the vintage glass shade and the vintage white porcelain back plate are in excellent condition 2 bulb fixture will handle 75 watt bulbs.

Pleasing combination of the cream colored shades on the off-white or cream colored porcelain backs. The transfer, fired on floral pattern works very well with the rest of the fixtures. Probably from the late '20s or early '30s. Pull switch sockets have been rebuilt. With over 15 contact points in these sockets, unless they are rebuilt there is no telling how long they will function properly. *vintage floral patterned wall sonces
Nicely detailed floral decoration fired onto the porcelain back plate. Background is off white to light cream color. A little color variation between the sconces in the flowers but not very noticeable at all. Designed as a bare bulb fixture, shown with readily available white flame bulbs.

Typical 1920s / 1930s white porcelain bath or kitchen fixture with a milk glass shade. The shade has a unique subway tile pattern around the opening with strong rams horn ribs from back to front across the top.

Nice to find an undamaged blue/green porcelain fixture with a period subway tile shade. The pattern on the shade was designed to complement white field wall tiles typically found on wainscoting, where the tiles were laid horizontally and each row overlapped the adjacent row by 1/2 the length of the tile. Vintage 1930s painted glass two light bulb wall sconce. Mostly used in bathrooms, dressing rooms, and kitchens. The glass shade has a fired on white paint and white porcelain back has silver detailing which has been hand painted. There are a few minor scratches on the front of the glass and a small chip in the far right back corner on the shade. The porcelain back is in excellent condition with minor paint loss on the silver detailing.
