Here is a 4” version of the Tumbling Blocks quilt pattern. Olive ash burl is the wood on the sides, together with fumed Oak Burl and Sapele. The little dot on the side is a veneer inlay and helps to orient the lift-off top for perfect fit, and so the grain patterns are matched for each side. The box is 4" square, 3 1/4" high with warm natural cherry inside, and a black velvet bottom. Black felt is on the outside bottom.
