Spaghetti Squash 

This is one way I like to eat Spaghetti. I’m not a big fan of zucchini noodles but I LOVE spaghetti squash! 🙌🏼❤️

RECIPE: 
 • 1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the guts. 
 • 2. Brush some avocado oil on the inside of each squash. 
 • 3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 
 • 4. Place them face down on a parchment lined pan. 
 • 5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. 
 • 6. Remove from the oven and shred each one using two forks. 
 • 7. Top with your favorite spaghetti sauce, freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, parsley and oregano. 

8. Bake at 400 for another 10 minutes.
