Gorgeous, defined eyebrows! 1. Apply foundation all around eyebrows. Highlight around eyebrows as shown. 2. Use a powder and a short brush to begin lining your brow, as shown 3. Begin filing in your brow with the powder, starting about mid-brow 4. Using a slightly lighter shade than used on the rest of your brow, shape and fill in the rest. 5. Smooth brow hairs up with clean dry brush 6. Highlight under brow as shown 7. Smooth end hairs out 8. You can apply mascara to your brows for this look!
