blue thai mojito | 1/4 ounce blue curaçao 1 1/2 ounces bacardi limon or white rum 1 1/2 ounces coco-mint syrup (click through for recipe) 1 ounce fresh lime juice 2 ounces chilled soda water garnish fresh mint shaved coconut (optional) | fill a tall glass with ice. measure in the curaçao, rum, syrup, lime juice, and soda water. stir with a bar spoon. garnish with fresh mint and a sprinkling of shaved coconut, if using.

SKYY Infusions Pineapple Vodka 1/2 oz. vanilla rum 1 oz. lychee puree Splash of fresh lemon juice 3 oz. pineapple juice Grenadine Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass, then add a little Grenadine for that gorgeous pink color. Garnish with floating orchid or a drink umbrella.

Ingredients: 4 cups ice 1 cup chilled pineapple juice 1/2 cup blue curacao 1/2 cup rum 1/2 cup cream of coconut 4 pineapple slices 4 maraschino cherries Directions: Place the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, rum and cream of coconut into a blender and puree until smooth. Divide evenly among 4 glasses and garnish each with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
