Okay. I'm not a fan of artificial banana-flavored anything(even my banana pudding recipe has vanilla pudding in it, NOT banana), but this looked really good so I tried it. It was super easy and actually really yummy, even with the fake banana taste of the pudding. I was thrilled to see a recipe for a Boston cream poke cake on the blog as well. I'll be trying it next.
