Sometimes denial is good, but usually it's bad. It filters out the negative, but too much, and it can block the changes needed to go in a positive direction. Denial is confusing, but in some ways it's the brain's way of giving you peace when it's not the right time for you to fight that demon, or when the demon has been conquered, but you must forget in order to move on...Sounds wierd, but it happens...somethings have to be denied in order to live in peace. Many suffer from it, but DENY it...
