What is a cartoon face Any face is made up of the following elements: the head, nose, eyes, mouth, ear, hair. It is easier to draw the face once you have broken it down into these different parts because you can be familiar with the different parts and then begin fitting them together like a jigsaw puzzle.
They come in many different shapes, sizes and formations. Not every tree branches the same and not all branches in the same follow one another. They can offer shade, color the landscape, and even provide us with a show as the season changes to fall with vibrant colors. We’re going to do a little something different for this lesson.
Step 1: Start with a small circle with a long, diagonal line coming from it. Add a smaller circle slightly above the end of this line but not attached. Take 20-30 seconds for this. Step 2: Draw a line parallel to the diagonal line drawn in step 1 that touches the small circle. Draw another line on the right, moving away from the original diagonal line. Do this in 30 seconds or so.
Step 1: Start with an oval shape as a guide (draw lightly, as this will eventually be erased). Draw circles on top of the oval, overlapping on the sides as shown. Step 2: Erase original oval. Erase parts of overlapping circles so it appears as if the circles closest to the bottom of the page are in front. Add a small hook/latch if desired.
STEP 1-Draw long, vertical lines of differing lengths. These are guidelines and will eventually be erased. They will mark the centers of each icicle. STEP 2-Draw curves around the guidelines to create long, irregular triangles that resemble icicles. They should connect at the top with curved lines and taper to points at the bottoms.
STEP 1-Draw a long line that curves downward toward the left for the top of the body. Add a scalloped shape as shown for the bottom of the body. Notice that the scalloped lines are smaller inside the left curve. STEP 2-Draw curved lines to separate the body into segments, adding curves coming off the head and rear. Add small, rounded rectangular shapes for legs.
