Recipe • Cut a rack of baby back ribs into individual ribs. • Use yellow mustard as a binder then season with Sweet Preacher BBQ rib from @fireandsmokesociety • Smoke them at 275F for 2 hours on the @webergrills Searwood • Once their bark is set, place them in a foil pan with 4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 lb crispy crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup bbq sauce • Cover then place back on the smoker for another hour. • Remove once they reach 200F internal then drizzle with more maple syrup and enjoy. . . #bbq #delicious #homecooking"

Jason Ortynski on Instagram: "Get juicy turkey without brining 🦃 🍷 While brining a turkey definitely enhances its flavor, I find that the prep work is too much for the payoff when you can achieve a juicy, delicious turkey in a fraction of the time with this simple method! 👇 Here’s the recipe: 🔹Start by removing the spine of the turkey with kitchen shears or a knife. Flip the bird over and apply pressure on the breast side to flatten it out. You’ll hear a crack. 🔹You can make any compound butter flavor you like. Here’s the one I made: Chop one shallot and add to a pan. Add in 1/2 cup of red wine ( I’m using @murphygoodewine ), on medium heat cook until the wine is almost gone. Let it cool and then mix together with 1 stick of butter, 1 TBS of parsley, salt and pepper. 🔹 Take
