1. Choose a quiet space. 2. Clear your mind to clear it of all unwanted energies. 3. Set your intentions. 4 Hold your striker at an approximately 30-degree angle to the outside of the bowl. 5. Lightly tap the outside rim of the bowl 3 times & immediately circle the striker around the corner of the outer edge of the rim. 6. You'll find the bowl's "sweet spot" for rim singing and tapping if you gently increase your effort a little at a time.
