I am a firm believer of giving myself honest, raw, smack me in my face pep talks. Sometimes there is no room for the soft toned "don't worry, everything is gonna be okay" shit. Sometimes I've gotta get real with myself and be like "nooo everything is NOT gonna be the fuck okay if you keep sitting in this bullshit."
