Made this cool swimmer centerpiece for my son's senior high school swim banquet. They turned out really cute. Just took 10 inch vase ( 6 inch diameter) from my local craft store. Painted on a face with puffy fabric paint( washes off after the event). Added goggles and a team silicone swim cap. To keep the cap up I inflated a balloon on the cap. Added water and 2-4 drops of blue food coloring. Then put a submergible tea light in from my craft store. One at every table. Great swim team b
