The Westing Game
This organizational chart will help students of Ellen Raskin's "The Westing Game" get a grip on where all the characters live in Sunset Towers, and which characters are which partners.I made this visual for my class and used it as a study lesson prior to their mid-book exam, though it could also be used as an exam in itself, if you wanted.
This fun and engaging activity gets your students thinking deeply and putting their knowledge of the periodic table to use as amateur detectives! By using the clues provided, students identify elements by using their knowledge of the periodic table. Your students also get the chance to create their own mysteries by writing original clues! I've used this lesson for years in my classroom and my students are always engaged and learning! $
