Stained Glass Collage

Window art...tissue paper with black paper. Beautiful to brighten up those cold dreary grey Winter days! Do in any shape you wish. You can use clear contact paper on the black frame, then stick the tissue paper to the contact paper. Easy for kids! Older kids can use a Sharpie marker to draw abstract designs onto the contact paper as shown in the photo.
