Bench Zombie
The Bench Zombie is one of my go to exercises when it comes to Press to Handstand training, active flexibility general bodyweight strength. There is so much to learn here. Start by leaning your shoulders towards the front sliding the feet towards the edge of the bench. When your shoulders can not move any further start pushing your hips up. In the same moment your shoulders should start to move back towards their starting position. In the moment that your feet arrive at the edge of the bench the hands, shoulders and hips should be in 1 vertical line. Now take your feet off and pull them towards the hands. Resist in your shoulders and lower back to keep everything stacked for as long as possible. At first your feet might drop to the floor like rocks but over time you will be able to d
