1. Brush or drip on bleach. Wash. 2. Wine red dye bath. Wash. 3. Brush or drip on bleach again. Wash. 4. Mix up four dye colors - scarlet, wine read, royal blue, and purple. Drip or brush on. Can add some black dye if need to darken some areas. Wash. 5. Let shirt dry overnight. 6. Add stars with acrylic paint or white fabric paint. To set fabric paint, you can iron it on the reverse or toss in dryer for appx. 20 mins. Done!
