Phyllostachys aureosulcata 'Spectabilis'
Phyllostachys aureosulcata Spectabilis - Named after it's spectacular array of colours, the culms are bright yellow with a green sulcus. Grown in sunny locations, the culms develop a a red tint but slowly fades off. Also known for it's zigzag pattern on the lower culms. A vigorous grower with nice upright culms and one of the more cold hardy bamboos.
