MARILYN MONROE'S ALARM CLOCK: 1950s-era Westclox brand alarm clock owned and used by MM at her 882 North Doheny Drive apartment in Beverly Hills. Provenance: This piece was given to the current owner by MM's landlady at 882 North Doheny Drive who salvaged it from MM's apartment after her death.
Marilyn's personal bedroom dresser, which was next to her bed the night she died. Photos taken of the bedroom through the window show the corner and side of this piece. Made of solid wood, this dresser was likely custom-made for Marilyn in Mexico where she bought a number of household items for her final dwelling at 12305 Fifth Helena Drive in Brentwood.
A side table from Marilyn's Brentwood home, 1962. Made of walnut; rustic in style and naturally distressed; the top is one single board. The front has pull-out drawer with a scalloped border; most likely one of the many pieces bought by the star in Mexico to furnish her new house. This piece can be seen in photos of MM's living room where this small table is against the far wall with a lamp on it.
