I started Yoga practice 10 years ago to help me through a very challenging period in my life. I thought it would be a temporary activity, a simple distraction. But once I started, I was swept into its soft, cradling embrace and my body began to slowly release its unknown physical, mental and spiritual potential. Now I rarely go a day without its sweet respite. And I have learned how to finally just breathe..........................
