My new program is FUCKING PERFECT. Thank you @coach_charly and @gabyarce29 for giving my mornings a new meaning. I did 45 minutes of fasted cardio today (my energy was on point) and after that I had this awesome breakfast: egg whites + spinach + cherry tomatoes + pepper + unsalted spices AND (oh, yes) steel cut oatmeal + almond milk + whey + cacao powder + cinnamon + a strawberry. To make 1 serving: 1-1/2 cups water or milk 1/4 cup Quaker Steel Cut Oats To make 4 servings: 4 cups water or milk 1 cup Quaker Steel Cut Oats Bring water or milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in oats, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until oats are of desired texture.
