Carrot Cake Raw Bars (Gluten-Free and Vegan)- a raw bar that has all the flavors that I love in carrot cake, without the guilt that I associate with eating 3 slices in one sitting. Just doctored this recipe so it's a little healthier! 1c whole wheat flour instead of AP (you can also subtract a tablespoon and add in a tablespoon of flax meal for added benefits!) natural peanut butter in place of canola oil, and about 10 drops of liquid stevia in place of the sugar. Turned out so fluffy and delicious!
