Salmon Patties - These were magic the first time, but haven't been as good the 2nd and 3rd attempts (though still good), and I can't remember what I did the first time that was so different. Eliminated chives and cilantro, used two eggs, added more oats. Served with dill sauce of ricotta, mayo, dill, pepper and garlic.
