simple Candied Yams with Marshmallows recipe: Canned or peeled yams, butter, brown sugar, dash of cinnamon, mini marshmallows. 400 degrees for 20 minutes; longer for peeled yams. Add marshmallows on top minutes before 'doneness.
Candied Yams for Thanksgiving--Instead of canned yams, I used fresh. Just let it cook longer. Cook with marshmallows on top so the yams don& dry out. Beware: if you cover with foil, the marshmallows will melt into the yams.
