Substitute binder (aka substitute survival kit), which contains a welcome letter, class list, schedule, plans, procedures, classroom management, and comments section- as a former substitute, I love this idea!

My Welcome Back to School board for my students. I used real mirrors and paper mirrors (poster board and foil) to create this board. I used navy blue as the background so I could use my white letters to spell out the 'Welcome message.'
