Taco Rollups: 2 pkg cream cheese (1/3 less fat), 1/2 cup finely shredded Mexican 4 or Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (in the salad dressing aisle). Mix all together and spread evenly onto a medium sized tortilla or wrap. Then roll it up tightly and slowly, so it doesn't tear. Chill the roll-ups for 10-20 minutes uncovered. Cream Cheese and Ham Roll-ups Absolutely amazingly yummy snack and it's so easy to make! 1 Pack of Ham 1 Pack of Soft Tortilla Shells 1 Container Chive Flavored Cream Cheese Spread cream cheese on to the tortilla shell; covering the entire surface. Then take ham and press it into the cream cheese. I used Black Forest Ham. Place a dob of cream cheese in the middle, roll up tightly and then cut into sections. Viola! So easy! Enjoy!
