La paleteada: un novillo sale de una manga; hay un caballo de cada lado del vacuno en su recorrido y en los cinco primeros metros de la salida, disminuir su velocidad y dominarlo.  Deberán transportarlo así, sin perder contacto y dominio, una distancia de 60 metros por una calle de 6 metros de ancho, hasta un lugar determinado.
