'Tis the season for gettin' cozy with yer slow cooker. Last night I threw a chuck roast in with some water (I'm out of broth) minced garlic sea salt and balsamic vinegar. Added chopped rainbow carrots to finish and this morning I've got meals for days. Fried some sweet potato rounds on the stove and made a cranberry-orange dressing for my salad out of my leftover cranberry sauce orange juice zest and olive oil. Happy Tuesday by brandnewshea
