Grease- You're the one that I want [HQ+lyrics], via YouTube.
Queen - I Want To Break Free (Official Video) from the 1984 album The Works. The video parodies the British soap opera "Coronation Street", and Freddie in drag with his moustache remains one of his most iconic images. This video saw the band's fortunes bomb in the US.
Roberta Flack - Killing me softly with his song Brings me back to my first marriage...1973...not sure the timeline is right, but it made me thing of the hotel we lived in when I was pregnant with Anni... Ahhh, checked it out.. Lori Lieberman came out with it in 1972... That works... I think I like Lori's version better... check it out yourself... which do you prefer?
1984 - Bruce Springsteen - Dancing In the Dark - This was such a smooth, groovy (can't believe I just used that word) hit, that really resonated with me. Perhaps because the notion of dancing in a dark place suggests so much more than just a dance?
