Spiced Butternut Squash, Lentil, and Coconut soup. 1 squash, 200g carrots, tumeric, coriander, 100g lentils, 700ml stock, 1 can red-fat coconut milk. Sautee veg 1-2 mins, add spice for 1 min, add lentils and liquids for 15-18 mins. Blend.
