Retira la bolsa del empaque de Sobre Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno Tomate y Especias, ábrela y reserva el cintillo. Coloca dentro de la bolsa 1 kg de pollo sin piel y sinhueso, 2 tazas de champiñones frescos o en lata, 1/4 de taza de vinagre balsámico y un poco de agua. Cierra con el cintillo, mezcla bien todo para sazonarlo uniformemente. Coloca la bolsa en una charola metálica y hornea a 180 ºC durante 60 minutos. Retira del horno y sirve al momento.
