Banh Xeo, vietnamese pancake/crepe, i have the batter, but this reminds me what filling to put in. . . . this is a new favorite. things to put in: deliciously marinated chicken/pork/shrimp, green onions, normal onions, bean sprouts. cold toppings: mint, thai basil, and romaine leaves to wrap it up. also, good with the sauce that accompanies. YUM!
