Croque-Monsieur - made 08/31/15. Short prep time. I added a bit of mayo to the mustard. Also used Monterey Jack cheese in addition to Gruyere. Turned out really good. Family loved! Will make again.

MOLHO BÉCHAMEL Um molho branco, quente preparado a partir de uma mistura de farinha e manteiga (roux), cozida com leite. A quantidade de manteiga e farinha deve ser igual e a quantidade de leite depende da consistência desejada. Deixa-se engrossar lentamente em fogo baixo, mexendo sempre. Depois colocamos pimenta do reino (de preferência branca para um molho mais suave) e noz moscada (opcional).
