I always end up with lots of left over pulled pork and am always trying to find creative ways to use these up. My husband won't stop asking for these. I love the home made enchilada sauce rather than using store bought. Enjoy!!
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork - Gluten and Dairy Free - made enough that we ate it for 2 nights and still had enough to freeze for another time - one difference is that I did not slow cook it before I froze it the first time, just put roast and marinade in a ziploc and froze the entire thing.

Wingers sticky fingers sauce. The sauce was perfect after you let it boil for a few minutes to render down. Awesome
Cream Cheese and Seafood Stuffed Shells . Made them last night and everyone liked it. I could not find jumbo pasta shells so i made homemade Crostinis. I used 3 Cans of Crab meat squeezed out as much liquid as i could did the same with the shrimps and added 2 seeded chopped Jalapenos. It made lots so today i will make a lasagne out of the left over dip :-))
