Applewoods OKC Apple Fritters 1 1/2 cups self rising flour 1 tablespoon sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup milk 1 tablespoon oil 3 cups of apples, peeled and finely chopped hot oil to deep fry powdered sugar Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and apples stir until mixed well. Drop batter by the spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until golden brown and place on paper towels to drain access oil. Roll in powdered sugar. Serve with a side of cinnamon butter.
