Another solid #mealprepsunday in the books! Breakfast is oats with strawberries, banana, pb2, 1/2 tsp white chocolate wonderful, 1/2 tsp dark chocolate dreams pb. Post spinning with a WCR @questnutrition bar. Lunch is tilapia with asparagus and sweet potato stuffed with avocado topped with sea salt and ground pepper. Afternoon snack is an apple and half a kiwi. Dinner is chicken with brown rice and a side of zucchini and snap peas .
