Another solid #mealprepsunday in the books! Baby's food is made and separated out into individual containers adult food for the week is taco salad stuffed baked chicken autumn soup in the freezer for the weekend and asparagus prepped for a single pan salmon meal later this week. We had a slight mishap when I didn't realize the pot I was steaming little miss' food in ran out of water.....that pot is now ruined. Breakfast is oats with strawberries, banana, pb2, 1/2 tsp white chocolate wonderful, 1/2 tsp dark chocolate dreams pb. Post spinning with a WCR @questnutrition bar. Lunch is tilapia with asparagus and sweet potato stuffed with avocado topped with sea salt and ground pepper. Afternoon snack is an apple and half a kiwi. Dinner is chicken with brown rice and a side of zucchini and snap peas .
