Healthy eggnog: 2 cups almond milk, 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Mix all in a blender for a few min. Then simmer in a pot for min but don’t boil it! Then chill in fridge overnight. Xmas morning take out and serve! Sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top for prettiness! Makes 4 servings.
