Size 8 1/4 height 6.5 width pot 10x4 lid weight 5 pounds  How to use; fill large pan with water, boiling put in pot with vegetables and steam until tender. Serve in pot at table.

Zamouri Spices commissioned a local Moroccan artist to design this exquisite hand-made traditonal terracotta couscous pot.  It holds twelve quarts (8 quarts in the pot and 4 quarts in the steamer). It is certified Lead-free, heavy duty terracotta.  They are double fired at 1700 degrees Farenheit for extra durability.  However, we recommend gentle use and hand-washing.
