The Pöstlingbergbahn is a narrow-gauge railway that climbs up the steep incline of the Postlingberg hill in the northern part of Linz. Starting from the centre of Linz in one of the main squares, the sublime old railway winds its way steadily (But steeply – it is one of the steepest in the world) to the top of Postlingberg and during the trip you can see the cityscape of Linz and plenty of beautiful scenery.
