Loretta Lynn (born: April 14,1935, 1932, Butcher Hollow, KY, USA) is an American country singer, songwriter, author and philanthropist. She was one of the leading country vocalists and songwriters during the 1960s and 1970s. She is called the First Lady of Country.
Loretta Lynn's autobiography is unedited, warm, funny, sad, and honest. There is no pretense with this Country Queen! She is genuine, kind, and down-to-earth. I met her when I was a little girl, and I will never forget her kindness!
