For easy portions - freeze soups, stews, gravy, spaghetti, chili, etc in the heart-shape or reg or large silicone muffin pans. Easy for portion reheating and they thaw faster than from a large container. After freezing & removing from silicone, be sure to wrap in Saran before placing in freezer bag to go back into freezer.
